About Mrs. Willard
Mrs. Samantha Willard serves as Good Shepherd's Third Grade teacher. She is originally from Hampton, Virginia. She earned her degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia and, after graduation, worked in the Pediatric Psychiatry Department at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters in Norfolk, Virginia.
Drawn to the rich traditions of the Church and the Holy Eucharist, Mrs. Willard converted to Catholicism during her senior year of college.
She shares:
"The opportunity to work at Good Shepherd is a blessing from the Lord. I have been praying for a career that allows me to share my love for Christ and make a positive impact on His children. I am overjoyed to have accepted this position and am looking forward to working in a faith-centered community that prioritizes a well-rounded education for its students."
In her free time, Mrs. Willard enjoys playing guitar and preparing home-cooked meals.
