About Mr. Antonacci

Mr. Antonacci brings with him a deep commitment to Catholic education and a proven record of developing strong school communities. Before leading Good Shepherd School, he served as Assistant Principal at Saint Patrick School in Stoneham, Massachusetts, where he launched student mentoring programs, strengthened faculty collaboration, and improved teacher formation.

Mr. Antonacci has also demonstrated a remarkable ability throughout his years of leadership experience of building strong school cultures. He has led parent formation events on topics related to supporting children throughout their various stages of development and has played a key role in fundraising initiatives that support long‑term mission growth.

Before serving in school leadership, Mr. Antonacci spent several years as a Catholic missionary with the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS), mentoring students, forming young leaders in the faith, and helping build vibrant Catholic communities on college campuses. This background reflects his deep understanding that the mission of Catholic education is not only academic success, but the formation of disciples who know and love Jesus Christ.

Mr. Antonacci holds a Master’s Degree in School Administration from the University of Mary and graduated summa cum laude from James Madison University. His formation as both an educator and leader reflects a thoughtful approach to guiding teachers, students, and families toward excellence.
